Krystal Dilka

Krystal Dilka is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades in project management, business systems, and payroll administration. Currently serving as a CIS Project Manager and Business Systems Manager for the City of Greeley since January 2022, Krystal previously held pivotal roles as Payroll Director and Project Manager at the Colorado Community College System from March 2012 to March 2020. Earlier in their career at the University of Northern Colorado from 1988 to 2012, Krystal worked as a Business Process Analyst, System Trainer, Coordinator, and Manager of Payroll/Accounts Payable, as well as a State Fund Accountant. Krystal holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
