Rebecca Andrus

Rebecca Andrus is currently the Deputy Director Water and Wastewater Operations at City of Greeley. Prior to this, Rebecca held the position of City Engineer at American Fork City, Water Resources Principal Engineer at Provo City, and City Engineer at City of Salem, UT. Rebecca also served as City Engineer at City of Moab and Project Manager at Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. Rebecca has a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering and Mathematics from Utah State University. Rebecca has extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, and water resource engineering.
