Ruthie Helms

Ruthie Helms has extensive experience in building and development standards, currently serving as the Director of Building and Development Standards for the City of Greer, South Carolina. Previously, Ruthie held the position of Building Official for the City of Greer and served as Chief of Inspections for the City of Spartanburg. Ruthie completed education at Parker High School and North Greenville University.
