Mark McLane

Mark McLane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and well-being. Currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being at M&G plc since February 2019, Mark also holds the position of Commissioner at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, where responsibilities include strategic oversight. Prior to these roles, Mark was the Managing Director and Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Barclays, leading the development of a comprehensive strategy across 50 countries. Experience also includes directorial positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Whirlpool Corp, where Mark implemented impactful diversity initiatives, governance models, and mentoring programs. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Scranton.
