David Phan

David Phan is a construction engineering technologist who currently works for the City of Guelph. David previously worked as a civil CAD designer for Stantec from August 2013 to June 2018. As a CAD technician, they were responsible for watermain and sanitary sewer designs within North America, as well as other civil technologist responsibilities.

David Phan's educational career includes completing an advanced diploma in civil engineering technology from Conestoga College. David also has certification from Autodesk in Autodesk Certified Professional: Civil 3D Infrastructure Design. In addition, they are certified by the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and as a Certified Technician (C.Tech).

David Phan works with Jackie Kay - Project Engineer, David Di Pietro - Project Engineer, and Steven Di Pietro - Project Engineer. David Phan reports to Reg Russwurm, Manager, Design and Construction/Acting City Engineer.
