Sanjay Saxena

Sanjay Saxena is an experienced professional with a diverse background in HR systems, technology management, emergency management, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as an HR Systems & Reporting Specialist at the City of Guelph since June 2013, Sanjay has been instrumental in improving data quality and automating processes. Previous roles include Business Relationship Manager in Information Technology and Service & Performance Development team member. Sanjay also operated an independent consulting business from 2012 to 2014, advising small to medium-sized companies on process evaluations and data analysis. With a decade-long tenure at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, Sanjay served as Director of Emergency Management and Senior Six Sigma Blackbelt, driving strategies for safety and operational excellence. Early career experiences feature positions at Owens Corning, IPEX, Maxtech Metal Products Ltd., GE Lighting, and Nortel, all contributing to a strong foundation in engineering and operations management. Sanjay holds an MBA in Operations & International Business from Wilfrid Laurier University and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University.
