Don Francis

Don Francis has held various positions in the field of Human Resources throughout their career. Don started their most recent role in 2019 as the Human Resources Director for the City of Hagerstown. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources for The Arc of Washington County from 2015 to 2019.

From 2004 to 2015, Don worked at Frederick Community College, where they held the position of Associate Vice President of HR. Don also served as the Interim VP for Administration from 2011 to 2012.

In 2007, Don was an Alumni of Leadership Frederick County, where they gained valuable leadership experience. Before that, they worked for Washington County Public Schools as the Director of Human Resources and Chief Negotiator from 2001 to 2004.
