Joey Kifer

Joey Kifer has served as the Chief of Police at Hagerstown City Police Department since June 2018, after previously being appointed Acting Chief of Police on September 16, 2015. In addition to this role, Joey Kifer holds the title of Police Captain with the City of Hagerstown since September 2013 and oversees various departments including the Investigative units, Planning and Research, Crime Lab, Internal Affairs Division, and Information Technology Department. Educational background includes attendance at Hagerstown Community College.
