Heather Glogolich

Heather Glogolich, Ed. D., is an accomplished law enforcement professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Owner and CEO of Empowered Policing, Heather provides specialized training, mentoring, and career consultation. In addition, Heather holds the position of Police Captain at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and serves as the President of New Jersey Women in Law Enforcement, Inc., which promotes the recognition of women's contributions to policing. Heather is also a motivational speaker, author, and victim advocate, demonstrating a commitment to supporting others through various platforms, including a board member role at VictimsVoice. Heather's previous roles include Lieutenant and Police Officer at Morris Township Police Department and Adjunct Professor at the College of Saint Elizabeth. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Saint Elizabeth University and multiple degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Caldwell University in fields related to law enforcement and education.
