Nenzi Cocca

Nenzi Cocca has extensive experience in human resources and labour relations, currently serving as the Director of HR Systems & Operations for the City of Hamilton since June 2004. In this role, Nenzi is responsible for the design and maintenance of various HR programs, including compensation and benefits, as well as the IT infrastructure supporting human capital initiatives. Previously, Nenzi held several positions at Fortinos Supermarket Ltd from February 1998 to June 2004, progressing from Training and Development Assistant to Human Resources Specialist and Acting Manager of Human Resources. Nenzi’s educational background includes Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Brock University.
