Tammy Hwang

Tammy Hwang is a dedicated city builder and community organizer serving as a City Councillor for the City of Hamilton since November 2014. With a background in business development, Tammy Hwang has held roles such as Business Development Officer for Global Hamilton, where efforts focused on job creation and resource accessibility for diverse populations. As co-founder of CoMotion Group Inc., Tammy Hwang contributes to the establishment of coworking spaces to support small businesses and entrepreneurs in Hamilton. Previous experience includes co-founding CoBuild Hamilton Inc., working with Strive Consulting, and roles in Innovation Factory, aiding entrepreneurs and facilitating business growth. Tammy Hwang holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from McMaster University.
