Jonathan Garner

Jonathan Garner is an experienced professional in real estate assessments and geographic information systems, currently serving as the Real Estate Assessments Manager for the City of Hampton since September 2009. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions as a GIS Analyst at James City County from November 2004 to September 2009 and at Harvard Design & Mapping from 2003 to 2004. Jonathan began a career as a Transportation Planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 2000 to 2003. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Towson University, awarded in 2000.
