Steven Meersman

Steven Meersman has a diverse and extensive background in public service and business leadership. Currently serving as a City Council member for the City of Hardeeville, SC since January 2023, Steven previously held notable positions including Major Retired, Senior Associate at T.G.C. at Pleasant Point LLC., and Chairman of the Health and Human Services committee while representing County Board district 7 in Rock Island County. Steven's leadership experience is further exemplified by a long tenure as President of Meersmans Bon-Air Inc. and the Illinois Retail Liquor Association, along with a role on the Board of Directors for Quad Cities International Airport.
