Karl Singleton is the Chief Equity and Compliance Officer at the City of Harrisburg, where Karl leads efforts to address institutional inequities. Previously, Karl served as the President & CEO of The Pennsylvania Diversity Coalition and founded Singleton Education & Community Resources, Inc. Karl also worked as a Senior Advisor to the Mayor in the same city. Karl holds a degree in Secondary Education and Reading Specialist.
