Cristian Corza

Cristian Corza currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Hartford, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Campaign Manager, Deputy Campaign Manager, and Director of Finance for Arunan for Hartford from January 2023 to January 2024. Cristian also held the role of Community Engagement Associate/Program Translator at the School and State Finance Project and completed a Policy Development, Research & Analysis Internship at Health Equity Solutions. Additional roles include Youth Policy Consultant with the American Youth Policy Forum and Proofreader at Deliver Strategies. Cristian's earlier experience encompasses positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut, Community Relations & Outreach Specialist with Idaho Voices for Children, Campaign Consulting Intern at Hilltop Public Solutions, and an intern at the Idaho Department of Labor. Cristian holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in Survey Research from the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Boise State University.
