Nadia De La Puente, MSOP, is a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Analyst who has experience in maintaining liaison between HR departments and City departments, recruiting, testing, salary administration, and training. Prior to this, Nadia worked as a Programs Manager at Operation Fuel managing multiple energy programs and as a Case Manager at Community Renewal Team, Inc., screening and referring customers to energy and weatherization assistance programs. Nadia holds a Master of Science in Organizational/Industrial Psychology from the University of Hartford.
