Daniel Chamblin

Daniel Chamblin is a seasoned law enforcement professional currently serving as a Homicide Investigator with the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis since March 2023. Chamblin holds the position of CBRN Officer (74A) in the Army National Guard, where responsibilities include leading the Hazard Assessment Platoon for the 445th Chemical Company since February 2019. Additionally, Chamblin has worked as a Police Officer in the City of Hazelwood, MO, and previously served as a Police Detective with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department from October 2009 to March 2018. Chamblin began a career in law enforcement with experience as a Loss Prevention Detective at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2004 to May 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Lindenwood University (2016) and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Southwestern Illinois College (2007).
