Robert Frank

Robert Frank has over 40 years of experience in local government, serving in various capacities across multiple cities in Missouri. Their tenure includes roles such as City Administrator in Raymore and Troy, and City Manager in Moberly and Ellisville, where Robert oversaw a range of essential services and community development. Frank's leadership contributed to the growth of Raymore from a population of less than 1,000 to approximately 8,000. Prior to these positions, Frank served as a Human Resources Planner with the S.W. Nebraska Council of Governments. Frank holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Missouri Western State University.
