Jeff Kay

Jeff Kay currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Healdsburg since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jeff Kay held multiple positions, including City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Business Development Manager, and Business Development Analyst at the City of San Leandro from May 2009 to December 2020. Earlier in Jeff Kay's career, a Project Manager position was held at Willdan from October 2005 to May 2009. Jeff Kay obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College (1995-1999) and a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2003-2005).
