Paul LeBaron is the Chief of Police for the City of Hermosa Beach since April 2020 and has served as an Adjunct Professor at California State University-Long Beach since 2019. In addition, Paul LeBaron has been an Adjunct Staff Member and Facilitator at the Simon Wiesenthal Center, contributing to the Tools for Tolerance Program, which trains law enforcement and educators on cultural diversity, leadership, and racial profiling. Paul LeBaron also serves as a Trainer for Parents in the course on popular culture's impact on youth. Previously, Paul LeBaron was a Commander at the Long Beach Police Department from January 1993 to April 2020. Paul's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Management & Organizational Leadership from American Military University and a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice from the FBI National Academy. Paul's educational background also includes leadership training from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and the University of Virginia, as well as a degree in Communication Studies from California State University Long Beach.
