Jamie E.

Jamie E. serves as the Economic & Business Development Manager for the City of Highland Park since March 2025, focusing on attracting, retaining, and growing businesses through strategic planning and incentive program management. Prior to this role, Jamie E. was the Director of Business and Workforce Development at Revolution Institute, where responsibilities included researching and acquiring worker cooperative businesses to address the racial wealth gap. Experience also includes managing the Small Business Development Center at ICNC, providing business advice and technical assistance, and serving as Director of Urban Economic Development at Ambassador Enterprises, LLC, where Jamie E. developed frameworks for economic mobility. Additional roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at Stand Together Foundation, leading efforts in nonprofit funding and organizational development. Jamie E. holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and two Associate’s Degrees in Business Administration from Penn State World Campus.
