Michelle Crandall

Michelle Crandall serves as the City Manager for the City of Hilliard, Ohio, since January 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at the City of Dublin, Ohio, including Assistant City Manager, Interim Deputy City Manager, and Director of Administrative Services from January 2005 to December 2019. Additionally, Michelle was a member of the ICMA Executive Board from October 2010 to September 2013. Michelle Crandall holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Economics from Wittenberg University, along with education from the University of Virginia and American University.
