Andrew Wolverton Pt, Dpt

Andrew Wolverton, PT, DPT, is a highly experienced senior physical therapist currently serving with the Children's Rehabilitation Service under the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services since September 2018, focusing on pediatric patients with diverse needs across various medical specialties. In addition to this role, Andrew holds positions as a City Councilman for the City of Homewood and Chairman of the Board for the non-profit organization Wish 2 Enrich, which aims to assist children facing hardships through extracurricular programs. Previous experience includes serving as a physical therapist at Brookwood Baptist Health and St. Vincent’s Health System, and working with pediatric patients at Children's of Alabama. Andrew completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has an extensive background in aquatic therapy and rehabilitation, beginning with experience at Seattle Children's Hospital.
