Cristin O’Callahan is City of Hope’s general counsel and corporate secretary. She serves as chief lawyer for City of Hope’s system, overseeing and directing the provision of legal advice and services to, as well as legal representation for, City of Hope and its affiliated entities. O’Callahan also oversees the corporate compliance program, internal audit, enterprise risk management and the insurance program. In her role as corporate secretary, O’Callahan advises the boards of directors and oversees the office of the board.
O’Callahan joined City of Hope in 2005, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility in the Office of General Counsel until her appointment as City of Hope’s general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to City of Hope, she was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. She received her law degree from Columbia University School of Law and her B.A. from Williams College.
