Dinna Beeton

Dinna Beeton, SPHR, GBA, currently serves as the Director of Benefits and Wellness Services at City of Hope, a position held since October 2014, with prior roles including Manager of Benefits and Employee Services and Lead Benefits Administrator. Dinna's previous experience includes serving as the Senior Benefits Administrator for City of Hope at The LBL Group and Employee Benefits Manager at Huntington Hospital, where significant contributions included launching a newly enhanced employee wellness program and establishing an in-house employee concierge service. Dinna's early career included a role as Human Resource Manager at Beneficial Life Insurance Company, overseeing payroll and benefits functions across multiple states. Dinna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
