Milad Guirgus

Milad Guirgus is a seasoned data analyst and database developer with extensive experience in the field of informatics and database management. Currently serving as Principal Informatics Data Analyst and previously as Sr. Research Database Developer at City of Hope since February 2013, Milad specializes in SQL Server and Oracle environments, utilizing tools such as SSIS and SSRS. Milad has a strong background in implementing data obfuscation for protected health information (PHI) across multiple databases. Previous roles include Sr. Database Developer/Oracle DBA at Intuit, Sr. PL/SQL Developer and Oracle DBA at Avnet, and various positions at Canvas Technology, Fastpoint Games, iBASEt, and arabsoft, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree from Alexandria University earned between 1984 and 1989.
