Pamela Collingwood

Pamela Collingwood currently serves as Vice President & Senior Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property & Commercialization at City of Hope since May 2024. Prior to this role, Pamela held various positions at Cedars-Sinai from January 2009 to April 2024, including Executive Director of Global Alliances & Senior Counsel, where leadership focused on fostering innovation and legal support for technology transfer operations and new business ventures. Pamela's earlier career includes serving as Associate Legal Counsel at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, providing legal advice on a broad range of regulatory issues, and working as an Associate in the Global Corporate Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Mini-MBA for In-House Counsel from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, and an AB in History & Comparative Literature from Brown University.
