Kelly Davis

Kelly Davis, AICP is a seasoned planning professional currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Hopewell since February 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Planning Director at The Berkley Group from December 2019 to January 2023 and Senior Planner at the City of Manassas from January 2015 to December 2019. Additionally, Kelly worked as a Planner/Engineer at Eastern Research Group, Inc. from July 2009 to January 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Systems Engineering with a focus on Land & Water Resources and a minor in Public and Urban Affairs, all obtained from Virginia Tech.
