Todd Timmermann

Todd Timmermann has a diverse background in technology and customer support, currently serving as a Utilities Dispatcher for the City of Horseshoe Bay, Texas since July 2022. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Sales Lead / Key Holder at Williams Sonoma from August 2017 to February 2022 and as Social Media Administrator at Freedman Design Group LLC from August 2015 to March 2020. From October 2010 to August 2015, Todd worked as a Network System Admin II and QA Tester at Apex Systems (Ericsson Television), managing lab equipment and configuring systems for third-party providers. Additional experience includes serving as a NOC Technician at Digeo Inc., where monitoring and communication of network issues were pivotal, as well as a progressive career at Charter Communications, supporting a substantial email subscriber base. Todd holds a degree from Southwestern Illinois College, earned between 1993 and 1999.
