Jose Leyva

Jose Leyva is currently working as a Refugee Case Worker at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston and as a Counseling Intern at the City of Houston Mayor's Office. Jose previously worked as a Substitute Teacher at Pasadena Independent School District, a Brand Ambassador at Discord, and in various leadership roles at UH Asian Business Student Association and Circle K International. Jose has also gained experience in policy and nutrition services through internships with Harris County and Houston ISD. Jose holds a degree in Public Health from the University of Houston.
