Clayton Fulton

Clayton Fulton, MPA, CGFO, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager and Executive Director of Strategy and Fiscal Services for the City of Hurst since October 2016. Prior to this role, Clayton was the Finance Director for the City of Anna, Texas, from June 2011 to October 2016, overseeing the annual budget and various municipal functions. Clayton's career began in the State of Utah's Community Services Office, where responsibilities included roles as Program Analyst and Program Specialist from April 2007 to May 2011. Earlier experience includes work as a Brick Mason for Full/Ton Masonry from 2001 to 2006. Clayton holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Local Government, Management, and Financial Analysis from Brigham Young University, where studies were pursued from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology from the same institution from 2004 to 2005.
