James Earp

James Earp is currently the City Manager at City of Hutto and the Program Director for DFW CPM at Texas State University. Previously, James has held positions such as Assistant City Manager at City of Kyle, Interim City Manager at City of Kyle, and Administrative Police Chief at City of Kyle. Earp has a diverse educational background, including a CEM from Harvard University, an MPA from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a BBA/BS from Tarleton State University. With a strong background in city management and public administration, Earp brings a wealth of experience to their current roles.
