Mark F. Weinberg

Mark Weinberg is an accomplished city manager with extensive experience in municipal leadership, having served in various cities including Inglewood, San Bernardino, and Medina, WA. Mark's tenure at the City of Inglewood includes two separate terms, from 2003 to 2006 and most recently starting in January 2024. Mark also held the position of city manager in San Bernardino from 2008 to 2009 and in Medina, WA from 2007 to 2008. Early in their career, Mark contributed to juvenile diversion efforts in Bell Gardens from 1973 to 1976. Mark holds both a BA and MA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, where studies took place from 1968 to 1973.
