Duke Ha has a diverse work experience in various industries. Duke started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Under Armour, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and coaching new employees. Duke implemented strategies such as mentoring and weekly team meetings to enhance employee growth and address concerns. Duke then joined Pretend City Children's Museum as an Operations Floor Lead, where they maintained a balanced guest and team satisfaction by leading with servant leadership and creating a motivating atmosphere. Duke effectively managed a demanding schedule with a diverse team and strengthened relationships with other lines of business. Duke also worked at Disneyland Resort as an Attractions Operation Host, delivering legendary guest service to a diverse mix of guests. Duke received numerous guest compliments and corporate recognition for their exceptional service.
