Hitta Mosesman

Hitta Mosesman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Housing Manager for the City of Irvine, beginning in November 2025, where responsibilities include managing housing requirements and policies to support community goals, focusing on affordable housing initiatives and the Irvine Cares program.
