Matt Parks

Matt Parks is an experienced engineering technician currently employed by the City of Irving since August 2023. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Senior CAD Specialist at the Boy Scouts of America from April 2007 to October 2022, where responsibilities included providing skilled drafting and technical support for architectural, engineering, and planning projects, while managing production workloads and coordinating outsourced design efforts using AutoCAD Map 3D. Matt's earlier career includes positions as a Senior CAD Technician at FSB/Texas and a CAD Drafter/Designer at Quad/Graphics. Matt's educational background includes a diploma from Lewisville High School and studies at the University of North Texas.
