Kathleen Mooney

Kathleen Mooney, EIT, currently serves as an Engineering Technician at JHA Companies, where responsibilities include water treatment design, permitting, compliance, public funding acquisition, public bidding, RFI response, submittal review, and construction oversight, with projects ranging from small community water systems to larger installations. Previous experience includes a role as a Water Sampler at Prosser Laboratories, where tasks involved the collection and transport of water and wastewater samples and performing field water quality analyses. Additional roles include work as a Reservationist and River Guide at Pocono Whitewater Rafting, a Math and Science Tutor at Northampton Community College, and ticket sales at Camelback Resort. Kathleen holds an Associate's degree from Northampton Community College and a Bachelor’s degree from Wilkes University.
