T. Robert Hamud

T. Robert Hamud has a diverse work experience in finance and budget management. T. Robert is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the City of Issaquah. Prior to that, they worked as the Finance Director at the City of Snoqualmie, where they managed a finance department and oversaw a $40 million annual budget. T. Robert also worked as a Client Services Manager at Avenu Insights & Analytics, providing sales tax forecasting and consulting services for various jurisdictions. T. Robert served as a Financial Consultant for the City of Oxnard and managed their annual budget process. Additionally, they were the Chief Fiscal Officer for Cascade County Montana, handling budget and financial management for a $60 million budget. Other roles include Principal Financial Analyst at the City of Santa Rosa, Budget Analyst for the State of Montana, Budget & Evaluation Analyst at the City of Myrtle Beach, Research Assistant at the University of Utah Center for Public Policy, and Field Representative for the California State Assembly.

T. Robert Hamud received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from California State University-Sacramento in 2000. Following this, they pursued further education in the field of Local Government Administration and Environmental Policy, completing their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at the University of Utah from 2002 to 2004.
