Nikki Beavers, MSM, has extensive experience in code enforcement, compliance auditing, and early childhood education. Currently serving as a Code Enforcement Officer III for the City of Jacksonville Beach since October 2018, Nikki previously held the position of Municipal Code Compliance for the City of Jacksonville from June 2016 to October 2018. Nikki's career includes a role as a Compliance Auditor/Child Care Consultant with Bright From The Start: Georgia Dept of Early Care and Learning, where responsibilities involved ensuring compliance with child care licensing rules and conducting investigations. Additionally, Nikki has served as an Education Coordinator for Bright Horizons/Chick-Fil-A Corporate Office and has held various positions in early education settings, including Family Support Specialist and Lead Teacher. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Florida State University, an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a Master of Business Management from Argosy University.
