Lynn Sherman

Lynn Sherman serves as the Executive Director of Health Programs at the City of Jacksonville since July 2023. With extensive experience at Baptist Health since 1980, Lynn has held various leadership roles including financial oversight, population health oversight, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Key achievements include managing significant budgets, streamlining grant processes for strategic health investments, leading community health needs assessments, and developing impactful strategies to promote diversity and youth services. Lynn's educational background includes a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's in Science and Arts in Respiratory Care Therapy. Additionally, Lynn is recognized for fostering partnerships across health systems to address community health disparities.
