Gary South

Gary South has extensive experience in building inspection and codes enforcement, currently serving as a Codes Enforcer and Building Inspector for the City of Jamestown since April 2019. In conjunction with this role, Gary also functions as the Building Inspector and Zoning Administrator for Jamestown TN. Prior to these positions, Gary held the title of Chief Engineer at American Management Incorporated. From 2001 to 2010, Gary worked as an industrial maintenance instructor and consultant at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, focusing on various fields such as electrical, PLC, mechanical, HVAC, fluid power, plumbing, and welding. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Martin Methodist College.
