Malcolm Neo Sibiya

Malcolm Neo Sibiya serves as an Office Coordinator for the City of Johannesburg since March 2024, following a role as Ambassador of the Ombudsman Office from June 2021 to December 2023. Sibiya's earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Clerk at the Gauteng City Regional Academy in 2016. Sibiya holds a BA Honours in Development Studies and a BA in Humanities from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by various certifications, including a Certificate of Achievement in Strategic Innovation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Short Learning Programme in Artificial Intelligence in the 4IR from the University of Johannesburg. Additionally, Sibiya has a Public Management Certificate from Westcol TVET College and a National Senior Certificate from Mandisa Shiceka High School.
