Cody Rife

Cody Rife is a Senior Project Developer at SolUnesco specializing in early-stage development and permitting for renewable energy projects since February 2023. Rife also serves as Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Johnson City, focusing on zoning variance requests and land-use matters. As a member of the Budget and Finance Committee and former Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for Tennessee REALTORS®, Rife advises on financial matters and upholds ethical standards in the real estate industry. Additional experience includes roles as Principal Broker at NextHome Finders Realty, Adjunct Instructor at Kaplan, and Director for the Tennessee Virginia Regional MLS, among others. Rife holds professional licensing in Real Estate from Kaplan College and has studied at various universities.
