Joe Wise

Joe Wise serves as the General Manager of Wise Property Solutions, the only Accredited Association Management Company in the region, since May 2004. In public service, Joe has held various titles with the City of Johnson City, including Mayor, City Commissioner, and Vice Mayor, and was a County Commissioner for Washington County from September 2014 to December 2016. Additionally, Joe was a member of the Board of Trustees for the Community Associations Institute from January 2016 to December 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Milligan College as Director of Development, where Joe contributed to a successful $30 million capital campaign, and various positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, including Group Loss Control Manager and Branch Manager. Joe Wise holds a BS in Communications from Milligan College and has pursued further education at Emmanuel School of Religion and East Tennessee State University.
