Randy Trivette

Randy Trivette possesses extensive experience in municipal management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager for the City of Johnson City since March 2018, previous roles include Assistant City Manager and Director of Facilities Management. Prior to this, Randy held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Free Will Baptist Family Ministries, where responsibilities encompassed financial planning, accounting, and strategic management. Additionally, Randy was City Recorder/Administrator for the Town of Erwin from July 2004 to September 2013, overseeing departmental operations, budget management, and capital projects. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Milligan College and further education from East Tennessee State University.
