Caleb Shannon, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in utility services and capital project engineering. Currently serving as a Utility Services Capital Project Engineer and Project Engineer for the City of Kennewick since September 2019, Caleb previously worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of Ellensburg from May 2016 to September 2019, and as a Civil Engineering Intern with Provo City from April 2014 to May 2016. Additionally, Caleb gained valuable skills as a Program Lead at Brigham Young University from February 2013 to April 2014, teaching Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Caleb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, earned in 2016.
