Isaac Merkl currently serves as a Sergeant and K-9 Handler at the Kennewick Police Department since June 2005, where additional roles include Criminal Apprehension Team Detective and Police Officer. Concurrently, Isaac has been a Kennewick Police Recruiter for the City of Kennewick since December 2015. Isaac holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, completed between 2002 and 2004, and an Associate of Arts degree from Big Bend Community College, acquired from 2000 to 2002.
