Sandra Ghoston-Jones is an experienced management professional currently serving as a Management Analyst for Kent County since July 2017, providing executive-level support and conducting research on public policy and legislative issues. Additionally, Sandra has been a Planning Commissioner for the City of Kentwood since October 2013, overseeing the master plan, zoning changes, and development proposals. Prior experience includes a role as Contract Administrator and Agency Planner at the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of service contracts exceeding $3 million and coordinating state audits. Additionally, Sandra held a supervisory position at Blue Care Network, focusing on team workflow and production standards. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Northwood University.
