Sherita Holloway, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Kentwood since October 2016, focusing on FMLA administration, recruiting, onboarding, and benefit administration. Previous roles include Human Resource Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, processing terminations, and conducting exit interviews. Earlier experience includes a Human Resource Associate position at Vector Distribution and an Environmental Services role at Spectrum Health. Sherita began a career at the United States Postal Service and contributed as a Youth Leadership Assistant at Steeple Town. Sherita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Grand Valley State University.
