Barbara Slay

Barbara Slay has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Plano since June 2022. Prior to this role, Barbara worked for the City of Killeen in various capacities, including Human Resources Manager for the Police Department and Human Resources Generalist, starting in April 2007. Additionally, Barbara held the position of HR Personnel/Civil Service Director at the City of Belton from July 2000 to April 2007. Educational qualifications include post-high school studies.
